Are there Travel Fees?

Our rule of thumb is, as long as we can drive to your wedding and get home without failing asleep at the wheel, travel will always be included. *With that being said, our prices do not include the cost of should we need to spend the night before or the night of your wedding at a hotel nearby. Send us a detailed email about your wedding and location and we would be happy to give you a custom quote.

*Hotel accommodations are included with unlimited coverage

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we are professional photographers with a robust insurance policy for our equipment and liability.

What if something happens and you get sick, or can’t shoot?

For weddings we have an extensive back-up plan through a network of trusted professional photographers. In the event anything should happen to us, we will always have someone with your approval ready to go. For any other event or session you will also have the option of a back-up photographer or to simply reschedule.

How does the booking process work?

After our initial meeting, we will send over a digital quote and contract. Once you’ve accepted it, a percentage of your total contract will be du to reserve the date. The remainder balance of the contract can be paid over multiple instalments, most opt for 3 payments.

We are always available to Skype any day of the week. Many of our clients actually find this an easy and convenient way to connect and stay connected with us. If you would prefer meeting in person, we would be happy to accommodate you.
